Florida Sun Real Estate’s Owner and acting Real Estate Broker is Alan Michael Kay. Alan Kay is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate Brokers in Pinellas County.
Alan has 28 years experience as a top producer in the real estate industry and has sold hundreds of homes in the Tampa Bay and Phoenix Arizona vicinities. Alan’s substantial training and real estate study includes, Real Estate Practice, Economic and Financing applications, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investing, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Finance, which has allowed him to become licensed as an informed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
Having been employed by a variety of prestigious companies in the New Home Building Industry, as well as Resale Real Estate, Alan has gained knowledge working for some of the most premiere companies in Florida, including Lennar, Inland, and Maronda Homes, also 5 years experience selling new homes for the innovative builder John F. Long Homes in Phoenix Arizona. His resale experience includes employment with Century 21 offices and a 10 year affiliation with Re/Max Real Estate before forming Florida Sun Real Estate, Inc. in 2005. He has received awards, bonuses and acknowledgements for exceeding expected sales quotas for a job well done throughout his real estate career.
Alan has lived in the Pinellas County area for the past 22 years and is familiar with most of neighborhoods and communities in the Tri-county vicinity.
Alan attended Tremper High School in Kenosha Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin, and Arizona State University throughout his academic training years.
Alan also has held a Private Pilot’s License with the Federal Aviation Administration, and is an experienced boater navigating 30’- 40’ yachts around coastal and offshore waters of Florida. This has afforded him knowledge in the sale of waterfront homes and condominiums, understanding boater’s needs for locations supporting open water and deep water access from properties located around the Gulf of Mexico.
